Wilor Academy Refund Policy ( WAP035)

Wilor Academy is committed to providing a rewarding learning experience, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our refund policy.

➤ Course Refunds:

Course fees can be refunded in the following circumstances:

  • Admission fee except the administration fee can be refunded upon evidence that the student has been refused a visa from the British High Commission overseas (only for international students) for the purposes of studying in the United Kingdom.
  • Students are advised to keep all the necessary documents e.g. an original copy of the refusal letter from the High Commission for proof of evidence and submit these to Wilor Academy in the United Kingdom.
  • Students should return all the original letters issued by the institution.

No refund will be made on the following reasons:

  • Once the student is in receipt of the UK visa or an Entry Clearance (only for international students)
  • On commencement of the
  • If a course is still running at Wilor Academy
  • The course fee or any part of the fee paid is not refundable if the College has not cancelled the course
  • Unless any semester has been cancelled by the institution, no fee paid by the student for any semester will be refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • At Wilor Academy’s sole discretion, we may issue a partial refund which will require documentation on the circumstances beyond control such as serious illness, bereavement relating close members of family e.g. mother, father, daughter, brother, sister, grandmother or grandfather and a husband or wife.
  • If a student has violated the terms of service or engaged in any form of academic dishonesty.
  • If the refund request is submitted after the specified refund

➤ Cancellation of Services:

If a student wishes to cancel a service, they may do so within 7 days of initiating the service to receive a full refund.

After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the remaining unused portion of the service.

➤ Technical Issues:

  • If technical issues prevent a student from accessing the course content or services, they should contact our technical support at itsupport@wiloracademy.com
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days, the student may be eligible for a refund.

➤ Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Services:

If, for any reason, Wilor Academy is unable to deliver the promised services, the student may be eligible for a full or pro-rated refund.

➤ Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, students should send an email to the College registrar@wiloracademy.com with their request, including their full name, contact information, course/service details, and the reason for the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the refund
